PILOT ACTIONS
After the Mapping Phase of the She Empowers project, came the Time for Action - a period of around 18-months during which the Country Coordinators from Belgium, Iceland, Italy an Swedenhad, as one of their roles, to coordinating the implementation of some of the elements of good practice identified and exchanged during the first phase. The Country Coordinators assisted their cross-sector network partners to find some common objectives to introduce innovative elements (or reinforce existing strong elements) in the services currently offered to unemployed women; for example, creating the conditions for new cross-sector partnerships, broadening access to existing services to new target groups, reinforcing one specific element of work (for example, Sweden's focus on individual needs), finding resources for complementary areas of work etc.
