Learning space
4 Pilot Actions took place in Italy in the 20 month-period between October 2015 and May 2017 :

The first was the provision of a regular once-weekly Learning Space which took place over a 12-week period with unemployed women (minimum 6 and maximum 8 participants).

Cross-sector cooperation
The second was a longer-term process to explore the stages of development of the cross-sector cooperation process which served as the back-drop for the pilot actions in Italy. This process served both as a professional development support group for participants and as a working-group and discussion forum on issues which contributed greatly to the learning in She Empowers - especially around the themes of empowerment and employability.

E-factors Tree app
The third action was a direct result of the above working-group approach: a next-step to multiply the learning about the E-Factors as developed in the context of working with unemployed women in She Empowers towards the youth unemployment field. It’s basically the thinking behind a funding application made to develop an “E-Factors Tree App” towards Erasmus+ Youth.

Transition Managment sessions
The fourth action describes a process of 6 transition-management sessions developed by two professional counsellors based on learning made in the Learning Space together. This activity targeted unemployed women together with women already in work but who were heading for a change in the professional dimension of their lives. a paragraph.
